🧭 Using Premium & Discount Zones for Trading

The indicator features two types of Premium/Discount zones to help you identify institutional entry points:

🔹 Short-Term Zones (S/R Based)

• Dynamic Discount Zone A box is drawn around recent low-volume support using the SR lookback window. ✅ Go Long when:

  • Price dips into this zone

  • Candle closes strong above low

  • Volume bounce confirmation appears

  • Structure confirms (e.g., internal CHoCH)

• Dynamic Premium Zone A box around recent high-volume resistance ✅ Go Short when:

  • Price taps into this premium area

  • Weak candle prints below high

  • Volume rejection or BOS confirms

These zones adapt every ~50 bars and include delta volume calculations to enhance confidence in reversals.

• Macro Discount Zone Based on the last 500 bars of volume and price action

  • Appears as a light green box

  • Ideal for swing or position long entries
