The Customer Info panel contains essential user authentication and licensing data required to run your RenkoGurus VPS Bot securely. It ensures that your license is valid and that your trading bot can only operate from the approved machine — providing both control and protection.
Field
Purpose
Name
Displays the registered user's full name.
Registered email associated with the license.
License Key
A unique license identifier (e.g., RENKO-2025-002
) assigned to your bot.
Machine IP
The IP address of the authorized VPS. Bot runs only on this machine.
Bot Password
A user-defined secret required to issue trade commands.
License Status
Displays whether your license is currently valid or invalid.
🛡️ License Key is Bound to Your Machine IP Each RenkoGurus license is tied to a specific machine IP for security.
If you move the bot to a new server or machine, the license will not work.

🔒 Bot Password Must Be Manually Entered After Each Restart
To prevent unauthorized use, every time you restart the bot, you must:
Enter your custom Bot Password
Click Save to store it securely in the local config
Optionally use Show/Hide to view or mask the entry
Without this password, no trade commands (Buy/Sell/Close) will be accepted — ensuring an additional layer of security before automated activity can begin.
If "License Status: Valid" is shown in green, you are ready to operate.
If the license is Invalid, the bot will block execution.
Make sure you're using the authorized machine and that your license hasn’t expired or been moved.
